Onivibe Return Policy
At Onivibe, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Return:
- We only accept returns if the product you receive is faulty, defective, or damaged during shipping.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Return Process:
- If you believe you have received a faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by calling/WhatsApping +97333996919 or emailing info@onivibe.com.
- We may request photos or additional information regarding the defect before approving the return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the availability of stock.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Any products that are not faulty or defective are not eligible for return.
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
- If you prefer, we can exchange a faulty product for the same item, subject to stock availability.
