    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard shipping delivery time within Bahrain is typically 2-4 business days, and international shipping may take 7-14 business days, depending on the location.
    • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Onivibe is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  5. Damages:

    • Onivibe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
